What company documents do I need to activate my Juuli Business account?

The documents required for KYB depend on whether you're a Sole Trader or a Company. Here's the full breakdown.

For Sole Trader accounts

  • Business registration certificate — official document confirming your business is registered (e.g. company registry extract for OÜ holders, Companies House registration for UK sole traders)
  • Proof of registered business address — a utility bill, official correspondence, or statement dated within the last 3 months

For Company accounts

  • Certificate of incorporation — official document confirming your company is legally registered
  • Articles of association (or equivalent) — your company's founding document
  • UBO declaration — details of all individuals owning 25% or more of the company
  • ID documents for all UBOs — valid government-issued ID for each beneficial owner

  • Official and government-issued or notarised where applicable
