What documents do I need to sign up for Juuli?

To open a Juuli account, you need to verify your identity. The exact documents depend on your account type and country of residence.

For all accounts — Identity verification (KYC)

Every Juuli account requires a valid government-issued ID document. Accepted documents include:

  • National ID card — accepted from EU/EEA countries and most others
  • Residence permit — accepted in select countries

Your document must be:

  • Valid (not expired)
  • Physically in your possession — digital-only IDs are not accepted
  • Clear and undamaged — blurry or cropped photos will be rejected
