Why is my ID being rejected? Tips for a smooth Juuli verification
Most verification issues come down to photo quality or document details. Here's how to fix the most common problems and get verified first time.
Check these before you resubmit
- Is your document expired? Even one day past the expiry date means the document will be rejected. Check carefully and use a different document if needed.
- Are all four corners visible? Cropped documents are rejected automatically. Make sure the full document — including all edges and corners — is visible in the frame.
- Is there glare or reflection? Turn off flash. Photograph your document on a dark, matte surface in natural light.
- Is the text fully legible? Zoom into your photo before uploading. Every character must be clearly readable.
- Does the name on your ID match your sign-up name exactly? Even small differences can cause a mismatch. Use exactly the name as it appears on your document.
- Is your document type accepted in your country?
