My Juuli verification is taking longer than expected — what should I do?

Most verifications complete within 10 minutes. If yours is taking longer, here's what's likely happening — and what to do.

Why might verification take longer?

Automated review delay: High volumes or technical issues can occasionally slow down the automated review process. This is rare, but possible during peak periods.

Manual review required: Some applications are flagged for manual review — this is a standard part of our compliance process and doesn't necessarily mean there's a problem. Manual review typically takes up to 24 hours. Common triggers: document quality needs a second check, name or date of birth discrepancy, additional AML screening required.

Missing or incomplete documents: If you didn't complete all steps of the verification flow (including the selfie/liveness check), your application may be sitting incomplete. Check your email for any prompts to continue.

What to do if it's been more than 24 hours

  1. Check your spam folder — our verification emails occasionally land there
  2. Log in to your Juuli account and check whether any action is required on your side
  3. If no action is required and you've heard nothing after 24 hours, contact our support team by email

Can I resubmit my documents?

If you've been asked to resubmit, follow the link in your email or log in to your account to restart the document upload.
