What do the KYB status stages mean? (Pending, Under Review, Approved…)
After you submit your business documents, your KYB goes through several stages. Here's what each status means and what to do at each step.

What to do if your status is "Additional Info Required"
Check your email — we'll have sent you a message specifying exactly what's needed. Common requests include:
- A clearer version of a document
- A missing page from your articles of association
- ID documents for a UBO not yet verified
- A certified translation of a non-English document
Upload the requested documents as soon as possible — your review timeline restarts once we receive them.
