How to change your email or phone number on your Juuli account

Your email address and phone number are sensitive security details — your email is where we send your one-time sign-in codes and important account notices. For your protection, you cannot change your email or phone number yourself in the app. Both are updated only by our support team, after we re-verify your identity.

How to change your email or phone number

Email our support team at support@juuli.com from the email address currently on your account, and tell us the new email address and/or phone number you want. (If you have lost access to your current inbox, contact us anyway and we will verify you another way.)
We will ask you to complete identity verification (KYC) again, to confirm the request really comes from you.
Once your identity is confirmed, we update your email and/or phone number and let you know when it is done.

⚠️ Security note: because this change protects access to your money, we may decline it if we detect a security or cyber-security threat (for example signs of an account takeover or fraud). This is to keep your account and funds safe.

Why isn't this self-service?

Changing the email or phone number on a financial account is a common target for fraud — if someone gained access to your account, they could try to redirect your security codes. Requiring identity re-verification through our support team keeps control of your account with you.

A note on security codes

Juuli's two-step verification sends a one-time PIN to your registered email address — not by SMS or a separate authenticator app. That is why it matters that your email is current and accessible. If you have lost access to that inbox, contact support@juuli.com and we will help you verify your identity and regain access safely. Our team will never ask you for your password or a verification code.
