How to update your name, address, or personal details on Juuli

Keeping your personal details accurate helps us protect your account and stay compliant with the rules that apply to regulated payment services. Here is how to view and update your information on Juuli.

Where to find your details

  1. Log in to your account at app.juuli.com.
  2. Open Settings and go to the Profile tab.
  3. Here you will see your full name, date of birth, home address, email address, phone number, and your preferences.

Details you can change yourself

Some settings can be updated directly from the Profile tab and saved instantly:

  • Your timezone.
  • Your notification preferences (email, SMS, and marketing updates).

Make your changes and select Save to apply them.

Details that need verification

Your legal identity details — full name, date of birth, home address, email address, and phone number — are linked to the identity checks (KYC) required for your payment account. For your security and to meet regulatory requirements, these fields are locked in the app and cannot be edited freely.

To update any of them, please contact our support team. We may ask you to confirm the change and, where needed, provide a supporting document (for example, proof of a new address) so we can update your records safely. Changes to your email or phone number also require a verification step to confirm the new contact details belong to you.

Why we ask for this

Juuli is a regulated platform, not a bank. Your e-money and payment services are provided by Stripe Technology Europe, Limited, an Electronic Money Institution authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland (firm reference C187865). Verifying identity-related changes keeps your account secure and protects you against fraud. Juuli will never ask you for your password or your one-time 2FA code.

Business details

If you have a business account, company information such as your registered name, VAT number, and registration number is tied to your business verification (KYB). Contact support to update these.
