How to share your Juuli business IBAN with clients for payment

Your Juuli business payment account comes with a dedicated IBAN, so clients across the EEA and UK can pay you directly. Once your account is verified, you can share these details and start receiving payments straight into your balance.

Before you share your IBAN

Your IBAN becomes active as soon as your Sole Trader or Company account is approved. This requires both identity verification (KYC) and business verification (KYB). Until verification is complete, the account details are not yet ready to receive funds.

Where to find your IBAN details

To locate your payment details:

  1. Log in at app.juuli.com.
  2. Open your account dashboard.
  3. Open Financial Accounts → Accounts, where your account details are displayed.
  4. Copy your IBAN and account holder name to share with your client.

Always send the full details exactly as shown, including the account holder name registered to your business, so your client's payment is matched correctly.

How clients can pay you

Share your IBAN on your invoice or directly with your client. Payments are supported from across the EEA and UK:

  • SEPA transfers in euro.
  • SWIFT transfers for international payments (SWIFT — from 1 September 2026).

SWIFT — from 1 September 2026 — international (SWIFT) transfers are not yet active; they are launching on 1 September 2026. For a SWIFT payment, please contact us at support@juuli.com.

If your client also uses Juuli, transfers between Juuli accounts settle instantly through our internal ledger, with no SEPA processing delay.

Incoming payment fees

Fees for receiving funds depend on your plan:

Incoming payment Freemium Pro Max
SEPA incoming 0.50% Free Free
SWIFT incoming 1% Free Free

Keeping your details safe

Your IBAN is safe to share with clients for payment purposes. However, Juuli will never ask you for your password or your one-time 2FA code, which is sent to your registered email address. If anyone requests these, do not share them and contact our support team.

Juuli is a regulated platform, not a bank. Payment and e-money services are provided by Stripe Technology Europe, Limited, an electronic money institution authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland (firm reference C187865).
