How to upgrade or downgrade your Juuli plan (anytime, no penalty)

Changing your Juuli plan takes about 30 seconds. Here's how — and what to expect when you do.

How to change your plan

  1. Log in to your Juuli account at app.juuli.com
  2. Go to Financial Accounts → Billing
  3. Select the plan you want to move to
  4. Confirm the change

No notice period, no cancellation fees, no waiting.

When does the change take effect?

Plan changes take effect immediately. Your new plan's features and fee structure apply from the moment you confirm.

What happens to my billing?

Juuli prorates billing when you change plans mid-month. If you upgrade from Freemium to Pro on the 15th, you'll be charged for half a month of Pro. If you downgrade from Max to Pro, you'll receive a prorated credit toward your next billing cycle.

Can I go back to Freemium?

Yes. You can downgrade to Freemium at any time. Note that Freemium has no free transfers — incoming and outgoing SEPA/SWIFT fees apply as percentages.

SWIFT coming soon — international (SWIFT) transfers are not yet active on Juuli. For a SWIFT payment, please contact us at support@juuli.com.
