How to order a physical Juuli Visa card — and when it arrives

A physical Juuli Visa card lets you pay in stores and use it anywhere Visa is accepted. Like your virtual card, you fund it by topping it up — see How to top up your Juuli card. Here is how to order one, what it costs, and how long it takes to reach you.

Where a Juuli IBAN account and Visa card are available: only when you live in — or, for a business, are registered in — one of these 20 EEA countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain. Other EEA countries — for example Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Czechia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway — are not eligible for a Juuli IBAN or Visa card yet. Freelancers anywhere in the world can still invoice their clients through Juuli's Merchant of Record.

How to order your card

  1. Sign in at app.juuli.com and open the Cards section.
  2. Choose Order a physical card.
  3. Enter your shipping address and a contact phone number — both are required so your card can be delivered.
  4. Pick your delivery speed (standard or express) and confirm.

Your card is produced and shipped once you confirm. You can keep using your virtual card in the meantime.

What it costs

Each plan includes a set number of physical cards. Included cards ship free; extra cards carry a one-time card fee plus shipping. Shipping is charged at the same rate on every plan:

Card and shipping costs are one-time — there is no monthly or renewal charge for the card itself. Your plan: Freemium includes 0 physical cards, Pro includes 1, and Max includes 3.

When it arrives

Delivery times depend on the speed you choose: standard cards typically arrive in 7–10 business days and express cards in 3–5 business days. Timing can vary by destination within the EEA, which is the region we currently support.

Activating your card

For your security, physical cards arrive inactive. When yours reaches you, sign in to app.juuli.com, open the Cards section and follow the activation prompts. You can also freeze or unfreeze the card at any time from the same screen.
