How to create and manage multiple virtual cards on your Juuli account

Virtual cards let you keep your spending organised — a separate card for each client, subscription, or project. Your Juuli Freelancer account can hold several virtual cards at once, and each one is created instantly and ready to use online straight away.

How many virtual cards you can have

The number of virtual cards included with your account depends on your plan. You can always add extra cards beyond your included allowance for a small one-time fee per card.

Freemium Pro Max
Virtual cards included 1 5 15
Each extra virtual card €5 €2 €1

Extra virtual cards are charged once, not monthly.

Creating a new virtual card

Once your identity check (KYC) is approved, you can create cards from within the app:

  1. Sign in at app.juuli.com and open the Cards section.
  2. Select Create card and choose Virtual.
  3. Confirm the details — your virtual card is issued instantly and appears in your card list, ready for online payments.

If you have used all the cards included in your plan, you will see the one-time fee for an additional card before you confirm.

Managing your cards

Each card can be managed independently from the Cards section. From there you can:

  • Freeze a card instantly if you want to pause spending, and unfreeze it again whenever you are ready.
  • Set or update a spending limit to keep each card within budget.
  • View the card details you need for online checkouts and the transactions made on each card.
  • Cancel a card you no longer need.

Keeping a dedicated card per client or expense type makes it much easier to reconcile your spending and spot anything unusual at a glance.

Keeping your cards secure

If a card is lost, compromised, or you notice a payment you do not recognise, freeze the card immediately in the app and email support@juuli.com so we can help. Juuli will never ask you for your password or the one-time PIN we email you for sign-in verification.

Your virtual cards are issued through Juuli's regulated payment infrastructure. Juuli is a regulated platform, not a bank — payment and e-money services are provided by Stripe Technology Europe, Limited, an authorised Electronic Money Institution.
