How to keep your Juuli account secure (checklist)

Your Juuli account holds your money and your data, so keeping it secure matters. Juuli is a regulated platform and your payment account is provided by Stripe Technology Europe, Limited, our authorised e-money institution, but everyday security is something we protect together. Use the checklist below to keep your account safe.

Your security checklist

  • Use a strong, unique password. Pick a password you do not use anywhere else, and consider a password manager to store it.
  • Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) working. When you sign in, Juuli sends a one-time PIN code to your registered email address. Make sure you can always access that inbox, and keep it secure with its own strong password.
  • Protect your email account. Because your 2FA code arrives by email, your inbox is a key part of your account security. Secure it well.
  • Keep your contact details up to date. If your email or phone number changes, contact support@juuli.com to update it — for security, our team makes these changes after re-verifying your identity.
  • Review your cards regularly. Check your virtual and physical cards in the app, and freeze any card instantly if something looks wrong.
  • Sign in only at the official address. Always type app.juuli.com yourself rather than following links in unexpected messages.

Watch out for scams

Fraudsters may pretend to be Juuli. Please remember:

  • Juuli will never ask for your password or your 2FA code. No genuine member of our team will request these by email, phone, or message. If someone does, it is a scam.
  • Be cautious with unexpected links or attachments, and never share login details with anyone.
  • If a message claims to be from Juuli but feels off, do not act on it. Contact us directly instead.

If you spot something suspicious

If you notice a transaction you do not recognise, or your card is lost or stolen, act quickly:

  1. Open the app and freeze the affected card right away to block further use.
  2. Report it to our team at support@juuli.com so we can help secure your account.
  3. Change your password if you think your login may have been exposed.

The sooner you tell us, the faster we can help protect your funds.

Manage your data securely

You stay in control of your information. You can export your data and transaction history, and download statements from your dashboard in the app whenever you need them. You can also manage payment and account notifications from your app settings so you always know what is happening on your account.
