How to add team members or additional cardholders to your Juuli Business account

If you run a Sole Trader or Company account on Juuli, you can issue more than one card so that spending is organised across the people and purposes in your business. Here is what is possible today and how to set it up.

What you can do today

Each Business account is owned by a single verified account holder. From that account you can create additional cards and cardholders, so different cards can be used for different costs (for example, one for subscriptions and one for travel). This keeps your spending clear and easy to reconcile.

  • Add extra virtual cards, created instantly in the app.
  • Order extra physical cards, which are shipped to you.
  • Freeze or unfreeze any card at any time for control and security.

How to add a card or cardholder

  1. Sign in at app.juuli.com and open the Cards section.
  2. Select Add card and choose virtual or physical.
  3. Enter the cardholder details and confirm. Virtual cards are ready straight away; physical cards are delivered to the address you provide.

You may be asked to confirm your identity with a one-time PIN sent to your registered email address.

How many cards are included

Your plan sets how many cards are included, and any extras are charged once (there is no monthly card renewal fee).

Plan Virtual included Physical included Extra virtual Extra physical
Freemium 1 0 €5
Pro 5 1 €2 €15
Max 15 3 €1 €12

Physical card delivery is €20 standard or €35 express. Included cards ship free; extra physical cards are charged delivery.

About multi-user team access

Giving separate colleagues their own individual login and role-based access to your Business account is coming soon. For now, the verified account holder manages the account and issues all cards. If you need a teammate to have a dedicated card, add an additional cardholder using the steps above.

Juuli is a regulated platform, not a bank. E-money and payment services are provided by Stripe Technology Europe, Limited, an authorised Electronic Money Institution. Business accounts are available to businesses registered in the EEA following identity and business verification.
