How to issue multiple Visa cards for your team (Pro & Max plans)
If you run a Sole Trader or Company account, you can give each team member their own Visa debit card and keep spending organised in one place. Your Pro or Max plan comes with several cards included, and you can add more whenever you need them. Cards are issued through our regulated card partner, Stripe Issuing.
How many cards are included
Each business plan includes a set number of cards at no extra cost. Virtual cards are ready to use instantly, while physical cards are shipped to you.

Extra card fees are charged once when the card is created, not monthly. Physical cards also have a one-time shipping fee of €20 standard or €35 express; shipping on your included physical cards is free.
Issuing a card for a team member
- Sign in at app.juuli.com and open the Cards section.
- Select Create card and choose Virtual (instant) or Physical (shipped).
- Give the card a clear name so you can tell team cards apart, for example "Marketing – Anna".
- Confirm. Virtual cards are active right away; physical cards arrive by post.
You can repeat this for each card until you reach your plan's included allowance, then keep adding extras at the rates above.
Managing and controlling team cards
- Freeze or unfreeze any card instantly from the app if a card is unused or misplaced.
- Name each card by team member or budget to keep expenses easy to track.
- All card activity appears in your shared transaction history and statements.
If a card is ever lost or you spot a suspicious charge, freeze it in the app and email us. We will never ask for your password or 2FA code.
Need more cards than Max includes?
The Max plan offers the largest included allowance, and you can keep adding extra cards at €1 (virtual) or €12 (physical) each. If your team is growing quickly, your Dedicated Account Manager can help you plan the right setup.
