How do free monthly SEPA transfers work on Pro and Max plans?

The short answer

Both paid plans give you a set number of outgoing SEPA transfers each month at no cost. On Pro, your first 10 outgoing SEPA transfers per month are free. On Max, your first 30 outgoing SEPA transfers per month are free. Incoming SEPA transfers are always free on both plans.

How the monthly allowance works

• The allowance counts only outgoing SEPA transfers (money you send). Incoming SEPA payments never count against it.
• The free count resets at the start of each calendar month — unused free transfers do not roll over.
• Once you pass your monthly free allowance, a small flat fee applies per additional transfer (see the table below). There is no percentage charge.

Fees once you pass the allowance

For comparison, on the Freemium plan SEPA transfers are charged at 0.50% rather than included for free. Incoming SEPA is free on both Pro and Max.

Transfers between Juuli accounts

Sending money to another Juuli payment account is handled instantly through our internal ledger, so it does not use the SEPA rail at all. These transfers are free and do not reduce your monthly free SEPA allowance — a helpful way to make the most of your plan.
