Can I have multiple Juuli accounts — and how do I manage them?
Short answer
Each Juuli account is tied to a unique, verified email address, so you sign in to one account at a time. If you genuinely need to operate in more than one capacity — for example, a personal profile alongside a business one — you would register a separate account using a different email address, and each would complete its own identity verification.
One account, the right type for you
When you register, you choose the account type that fits how you work:
- Personal — for individuals managing their own money.
- Freelancer — for independent professionals, including invoicing your clients.
- Sole Trader — for registered sole traders.
- Company — for incorporated businesses.
For most people, a single account in the correct type is all you need. Within one account you can hold a multi-currency balance, open multiple Visa cards (subject to your plan), and send and receive payments across the EEA and UK.
If you need more than one account
You might want separate accounts when your personal and business activity should stay clearly apart, or when you run more than one business entity. In those cases:
- Register each account with its own email address — an email can only belong to one Juuli account.
- Each account completes its own verification. Personal and Freelancer accounts verify your identity (KYC); Sole Trader and Company accounts also complete business verification (KYB).
- Each account has its own IBAN account details, cards, balance and plan, and is billed separately.
Switching and managing your accounts
Because each account uses a different email, you manage them by signing in to the one you need at app.juuli.com. To keep things tidy:
- Use a clear, recognisable email for each account so you always know which one you are signing in to.
- Set up notifications per account from Settings so payment and account alerts reach you for each profile.
- Confirm sign-in with the one-time PIN code sent to that account's registered email address.
Need to change the email on an existing account instead of opening a new one? You can update it in Settings; for security, email changes require verification.
