How to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on Juuli — step by step

How 2FA works on Juuli

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second check when you sign in, so that knowing your password alone is not enough to access your account. On Juuli, 2FA uses a one-time PIN code sent to your registered email address. You do not need an authenticator app or SMS — just access to your inbox.

To protect every account on our regulated platform, 2FA is always on and cannot be turned off. There is nothing to install, and there is no setup fee.

What you need

  • Access to the email address registered on your Juuli account.
  • Your Juuli password.

If your email address is out of date, contact support@juuli.com to update it so the PIN reaches an inbox you can open — for security, email changes are handled by our team after we re-verify your identity.

Step by step

  1. Go to app.juuli.com and enter your email address and password.
  2. When prompted, we send a one-time PIN code to your registered email. Open your inbox and look for the message titled Your Juuli 2FA Code.
  3. Enter the PIN on the verification screen and confirm.
  4. That's it — you're signed in. The same email PIN step protects future logins automatically.

For security, each PIN is valid for a short time (about five minutes). If it expires or doesn't arrive, request a new code and check your spam or junk folder.

Good to know

  • 2FA is mandatory and stays enabled on every account — it cannot be disabled.
  • Your sign-in 2FA code is always sent to your registered email — never by SMS or a separate app. We use an SMS text message in only two situations: once at sign-up, to verify your phone number, and to send a one-time 3DS code (provided via Visa) for an online card payment you started. Neither of those is your sign-in code.
  • Juuli will never ask you for your password or 2FA code by phone, email, or chat. If anyone does, it's a scam — do not share it.
  • Keep your email account secure with a strong, unique password, since it receives your sign-in codes.

Not receiving your code?

If the PIN doesn't arrive, confirm the email address on your account is correct, check spam or junk, and request a fresh code. Still stuck? Contact us and we'll help you regain access safely.
