Where do I find my Juuli IBAN number?

Your IBAN at a glance

Your Juuli Personal IBAN account comes with a dedicated euro IBAN that is unique to you. You can use it to receive payments and to identify your payment account when sharing your details with others. Your IBAN becomes active the moment your identity verification (KYC) is approved.

Finding your IBAN in the app

Your full IBAN is always available inside your account. To view it:

  1. Sign in at app.juuli.com.
  2. In the left sidebar, open Financial Accounts → Accounts.
  3. On the Account tab, your account card displays your full IBAN. Tap the copy button next to it to copy the complete number to your clipboard.

For your security, the IBAN shown on the main dashboard balance card is partly masked (the first and last few characters only). To see and copy the complete IBAN, open Financial Accounts → Accounts as described above.

When will my IBAN appear?

If you have just signed up and don't see an IBAN yet, your identity verification is likely still being reviewed. Verification is usually completed automatically within a few minutes. Once approved, your IBAN and your card are activated right away, and your account card will show your number. In some cases verification needs a manual review, which can take up to 24 hours; if it has been longer than that, check your email for any requests from us and see My verification is taking longer than expected.

A note on availability

Where a Juuli IBAN account and Visa card are available: only when you live in — or, for a business, are registered in — one of these 20 EEA countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain. Other EEA countries — for example Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Czechia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway — are not eligible for a Juuli IBAN or Visa card yet. Freelancers anywhere in the world can still invoice their clients through Juuli's Merchant of Record.

Juuli is a regulated platform, not a bank — payment and e-money services are provided by Stripe Technology Europe, Limited, an Electronic Money Institution authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland.

Keeping your details safe

Your IBAN is safe to share when someone needs to send you a payment. However, Juuli will never ask you for your password or a verification code. If anyone requests these, do not share them and contact our support team.
